I've been appraising real estate since 2000. Decided to start my own company in 2008 due to the slow market. Also in 2008 I got my real estate sales license and became a Realtor.

I have a strong interest in green building, specifically passive-solar homes. Relocation appraising and review work are focuses of mine.
